Oreo Cake Truffle Cups

My latest little concoction. Layers of rich homemade chocolate cake topped with fluffy Oreo buttercream and finished with an Oreo. Everything is made from scratch, except the Oreos, of course. Made in both 3 oz and 5 oz cups, the perfect size for a sweet bite or two. I whipped these up for our family’s end-of-summer clam boil, and what a perfect day it was.
